daillcyruz
Alright guys so here it is then.. I didnt fair to badly with only about 120 bucks spent on trying to find out the issue. While trying to find out what the sound was they found out the following: 1) Brakes needed re-surfacing (There was Pulsating upon applying the brakes) I Knew about this already. $150 each axel -$300 total (Fixed) 2)Accessory belts worn- Replaced- $60 with labor (Fixed) 3) Metal Bracket cracked and shaking around in the engine bay (that keeps the Engine Cover secure)-$55 (Fixed) 4) Alternator bearing needed replacement $440 just parts (After test driving it with the belt off the alternator) The sound still persisted. (NO FIX) This morning we finally found the ISSUE! So it was the rear mounting bracket on the Rear Cat pipe. They secured and tightned it up and WA LA!! Doesn't it just get you that the most annoying thing could be a simple tightening up of a bolt. So I didnt fare to badly going to dealership. Oh and by the way I went to the "WAYNE" dealership in NJ, they were really nice and professional. I would recommend them besides they thought it was the alternator it was a honest mistake I Think.
