dbrunone
So I'm changing the fluid soon in my Spec.B 6MT, and I'm looking at picking up some 75w90 at some point. What kind should I go with? -Mobile 1 -Red Line -Royal Purple -Something else totally?? The system capacity is 4.3qt for the trans and 1qt for the diff, so I need 6qt of this stuff. Royal Purple is $16/qt, so that will get expensive quick. Any suggestions?? Also, does most of the tranny fluid come out in the pan on the 6MT, or do I have to flush it? Thanks -David

scooby600
I went with Amsoil just because I use Amsoil in everything that I have. It can get expensive but at least you don't have to do it all the time. Also you may want to get a pump to pump out the oil from the container to the rear diff. I got one at autozone for like $5 or $10 bucks.
