Timing drift

I have a tune from PDX tuning that originally logged timing numbers 20-24 at WOT in 4000-5000 RPM range. Over the last 9 months things have changed.Now the log shows 16-18 in this same RPM range. Could this DRIFT be due to aging spark plugs? The car now has 32K with original plugs. What else should I consider. The car also is a little slower in the 50-80 pull.

Highly doubt you were running those timing numbers in that range with good boost. I can't even run that high on race gas. However 16-18 sounds more appropriate, also there is a table in the ECU that compensate timing base upon intake temp. In colder weather it will add timing and in warmer temp it will pull timing.
