Max Capacity Posted May 16, 2008 Share Posted May 16, 2008 Just replaced front struts on a friends 05 Outback. 62,000 miles. When we went to pick the car up from the local shop, I have been going to this guy for almost 30 years, he says he can't adjust the camber to where he'd like it. I installed Monroe struts. Seems he can't just get the camber in spec so the outside tread won't wear. At that point my friend says that what the OEM tire were doing. Next week I'll pull the camber adjusting bolt and open up the hole no the struts so he can set the camber. Anybody else notice this? 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. (SOLD). CHECK your oil, these cars use it.
