Freakin' insane.

Possibly the best looking factory 911 iteration yet.

that being said, though...

I'd rather build or commission someone to build a Porsche Cayman GT4/GTR

Front end from a-pillar forward from the new GT2 (love the oval headlights and LED indicators, without the 911 Turbo's afterthought foglight locations.)

A custom boxster/cayman rear bumper with slats like this GT2

TechArt's GT spoiler for Cayman (looks like 996 GT2 spoiler, base built for Cayman.)

Then put an X51 3.8, or GT3 3.6 engine, and LSD-equipped transmission, Bilstein PSS10 suspension integrated into PASM, and Forged wheels, and ceramic brakes.

400 naturally aspirated horsepower in a lighter, better balanced, and stiffer, 2-seat mid-boxer-engined coupe sports car.

Hell yes.

Actually the "Red tail lights" option is red-out european tail lights. The turn signal area is red, and the reverse light area is smoke tinted in the reflector assembly, making the whole tail light look almost uniformly red, rather than red and white split. Somehow Porsche is able to make the turn signals still appear slightly more orange than red, and the reverse light is still bright white when lit.

More info I didn't see posted:

"The headline figures are 530hp produced at 6,500rpm with 505lb ft of torque developed between 2,200 and 4,500. Porsche is quoting a 0-60mph time of 3.6 sec and a 0-100mph sprint in a scant 7.4 sec. Blimey. Top speed is said to be 204mph."

...'til you hit the window sticker awww $200k.

First that is just window sticker, I'm sure since it is a limited production car it will be sold for a lot more. While I was waiting for an SOA rep on another matter, I was talking to the owner of the dealer that I bought my car from. They are a multi line dealer which has Nissan. I asked him when they are going to get their first GTR and he said in a month or two. That stickers for $70k and they already have bids for around $140k for it and its not as much of a beast as the GT2 is.

If I gave him sticker $200000.

& If he gave me $18000 on trade for the Leggy:rolleyes:

& got a 7% 60mo rate payments would only be $3600.

Throw in a set of car mats and we got a deal.:)
