Epoxy or ?Plastic Welding?

^ I'm not sure that you really need the plastic tabs....they seem to simply hold the light in-place after the bolts are off, and to also help guide initial alignment during installation.

I could be wrong, though, as I've only had experience with intact tabs....

How secure is the tail with the nuts tightened on the four bolt posts?

^ Oh crap! I was puzzled about your reply until I realized, looking at your pix off to the side, that you're a WAGON!

Sorry, I'll take back all that I've said  - I have *no* experience with wagon tail-lights!

Anyone fixed tabs before?

i always find that the plastic weld stuff always ends up cracking or falling off. the normal 2 tube clear expoxy sticks and stays slightly pliable. the plastic weld is normally vey brittle for whatever reason. peace
