Grilling tonight. Gonna do fish and seafood instead of meat.

 

Got some halibut steaks and some fresh large shrimp

 

Hardwood charcoal all the way.

I have an older propane version of that grill. Mine is almost 9 years old now and I haven't had to replace a single part. I :wub: my Weber and I think it is going to last 20 years or more easily. I would recommend getting a cover for it and keeping it covered when not in use.

Charbroil Commercial Series Gas Grill from Lowes.

 

I use this thing at least once a week maybe twice. Charbroil is a great company. I told them my handle broke and they sent me another heavy duty one for free no questions asked.

I had a Charbroil for my first 5 or 6 years. It did work great. Heat was a bit uneven though, and when the burners finally rotted out, I got my Weber.
