franklin
Yep. King of Imports can get them. ($400-500 a set I believe) There was a thread about them a while ago in Exterior. They do highlight the car dont they? Others said they can get them too. They a JDM "sport mudguards" The thread was about "spats" as someone called them. Legacy05GT
KingOfImports has cut its JDM parts due to a bunch of issues so don't expect to be able to get this item from them. But those splash guards look real slick.

I believe so but if you e-mail them they are very responsive. I also believe Keefe knows of a few know offs if you want 17’s. They might also be cheaper. apexjapan
Those are 18 inch wheels, standard on the Spec B. Don't recall the price at this moment, they were not cheap. They probably are cheap on Yahoo auction, though. I wonder if the shipping would be too outrageous, though.  The Spats, aka the Aero Splash Set (name in Japan) is roughly $320-340 USD. Fits all models of the Legacy. Part of the reason for the price is that they come painted, the other reason is because SOJ can get away with it. :o If somebody can source them from one of the other markets (australia, europe) they may be more reasonable.  Cheers,  Paul Hansen http://www.avoturboworld.com http://www.apexjapan.com
babeatto
Maybe a dumb question since you said the areo splash guard set will fit all legacies. But are you sure that the "rear" areao splash guards fit the USDM legacy since the bumper's are a bit bigger? But even if they fit, I guess the effects of how it looks would be totally different still.

And the side aero panels are exactly the same between Japan and America.  Cheers,  Paul Hansen http://www.avoturboworld.com http://www.apexjapan.com

sandwood
those are 18x7, there was a thread regarding the difficulty of getting the correct size of tire for those rims They are 18x7 but several people have confirmed they can take a 225-40-18 tire, which is a relatively easy size to find. There is some question as to whether they will take ALL 225-40s as some are wider than others. I believe someone already has them on an LGT with 225 Kumhos (don't remember whether they are summer or all-seasons - summers likely to be wider). Â I LOVE those rims on our cars. Still tempted. getting out of the legacy game
kanoswrx
I am thinking of getting those wheels to, would want to get 225/40/18 Toyo T1's put on though. I am pretty sure they would fit, people have put 225's on 6.5 inch wrx rims before for auto-x's. But now I am going to far off topic.
sandwood
yeah, the T1s wd probably be my choice as well - I had a set on 17" rims on my old A4 and they were really great tires. Be the guinea pig! getting out of the legacy game

Jonny Bradtmueller
Paul what are we talking as far as price for the Spats? Could we save any money if we ordered a few at a time? Also off topic any word on the AVO rear swaybar bushings? Thanks
