oddseth Posted March 13, 2008 Share Posted March 13, 2008 Just wondering - I am trying to decide if I should invest in an AP with the intention of taking it to stage two relatively quickly. I was wondering if my car will pass the bi-annual emissions testing in DC if I went to stage two. I figure that a gutted down pipe will not pass the test while an aftermarket DP with one cat may pass. Please let me know if any of you have had experience with modding your Leggy and emissions testing. If I still lived in VA, I could have slipped a mechanic a $20 and it would have been a done deal!
