True, kinda fugly, especially white, with this black elements, like fender vent, etc. Too much contrast that break the lines.

I think a black or a dark one might look okay.

Kinda interesting how they could legally import it. I heard it's impossible to legally import JDM cars as a whole. For example, some folks who imported rare trims of JDM Imprezas, had to cut the body in half, and then to transplant every bit to a USDM body frame.

this car is lame. if i had to choose between tis and a 997 4s i go porsche

And you will get spank by it all day long on the track and on the street, limitation and all. Your wallet might also be ~$10,000 lighter... Well, assume you wait a couple of years and can actually buy the car at MSRP.

I don't like all the limitations either but I'm hoping the USDM version will have less of it. That and maybe the tuners can get around the ECU problem eventually.

I'm agree with the past few posts. I like the car, I think it looks damn fine in the black. Granted I'm not too fond of all the electronic gadgets inside the car - I could only see myself playing with them a few days of the year - and as a daily driver I think they would get distracting.

I think the gearbox sounds great from the rants, and the car seems mechanically sound... If I had the cash, this would be my next car :) (plus it claims to be fun, yet stable in the snow as well. so it could actually work all year 'round in CO.)

I would suspect that Art probably would have the best knowledge on the flaws of the car... he's all nissan lovin'. :)

Well, apparently even just putting on aftermarket wheels will cause the ECU to throw a code. Oh, the stock tires are also "glued" to the wheel.:eek: So unless Nissan decides to release a winter tire/wheel package I wouldn't be too crazy about driving my $70k super car with semi-slicks in the snow...

My favorite is the R33! I guess I need to go down to Cobb and see this in person, though. I was down there last week and they aren't showing it off yet. The first real Skyline in the US! I think it's sick.

I hear it has a GPS system that knows if you take it to a race track... Then they void your warranty. **** that.
