SUBE555
I've never seen that PLTek site before, looks like I may be using them in the future. Best way to reduce lag is to increase your exhaust gas velocity by reducing restrictions, hence a catless up-pipe, and a full turbo-back exhaust with or without a high-flow catalyst (personally I would use a sports cat.) Response should be noticeably better despite auto or manual. I agree though, manuals are better. Although I might be a little biased.
wunderkind
I know i should do a search, but doesn't a catless uppipe may cause CEL? isn't there some kinda O2 or EGT sensor for the legacy's uppipe? Will the STi uppipe (prolly best choice) eliminate the CEL issue?
D-2.5-GT
just put a small resistor in with the wiring for the up-pipe and say bye bye to the CEL....or get the one with the sensor bung
seneca
get an uppipe dp and utec and get some of that fuel outta there and itll spool nicely.
