fishbone
I used to think it was baller to have your last name as a license plate. Kinda like Ewing 1, 2, 3 etc. Until my car got vandalized and I quickly realized the privacy concerns and implications. Don't have customized plates now because I can't come up with anything creative enough to do it or care for it.

CTATV
i think we need a dating forum here ! would be awsome to find a lady who loved cars much as I do. Ive been trying to get my girlfriend into automotive stuff. when i was wiring my boat stereo I got her taping connections after I solddered them maybe once i get my own place with a garage where i can take my time on projects I can get her more into it. then the problem is they want to drive all that stuff... Im 22 and somebody with no boaters lisence im not going to just let rip my jetboat cause if it gets F'ed up i dont have the cash to fix it and it will be aqward asking her for it.... I told her if she goes and gets her lisence she can drive it but she hasnt done anything about that .... thankfully... http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o160/fiidgett/boat-hummin.jpg http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o160/fiidgett/2628537050062217745AYCDvz_fs.jpg http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o160/fiidgett/2332409860062217745XbbUON_ph.jpg

CTATV
Those boats look like a ton of fun! they're great. if you have ridden a jetski its the same ride but with 3 passengers, it jumps, does 360s, all that stuff. But it has storage, a massive built in cooler, a ski locker, and twin 85hp rotax 2 stroke jetski engines. 720cc each... hauls arse Will do about 60 with 1 or 2 people in the right wave conditions. mines a 97 and i picked it up for 5800 bucks. as is with stereo and a few fixups probably about 7000. i modified the hull fittings to an older design that has to be greased to decrease cavitation, 2 new starters last fall, cracked engine mount from slamming biiig waves, new battery. i did the whole stereo myself. 8 inch kicker woofer, 4 6.5" memphis marine speakers, 200 watt amp for sub, and alpine MP3 deck

CTATV
Now if only i could tow it with my car, would be a formidable team. I have a pickup truck but i go a few times a year to my summer house in upstate NY and for the long car trip would much rather drive the Legacy then the truck. I wouldnt have to launch it at the ramp with the car plenty of friends whos pickup trucks I could use at the ramp as im sure pulling a 1500lb boat out of the water isnt exactly great on a car clutch... Especially after i set up my nav screen with a DVD player for those trips, and the gas mileage for a 400+ mile trip

CTATV
So ur 22, have a LGT, boat, summer home, etc. What do you do (if you don't mind my asking)? Student in college (senior) I worked for a landscape company and ran a mowing crew (me and two other guys) for 3 summers, and in highschool i was an ebayer... Would buy ATVs, snowmobiles, etc.. fix them up and resell them. And my father did real well the car was a graduation present, and my blue yamaha ATV was a 14th birthday present. I bought the rest of the stuff... This Quadzilla was one of my babies i shed a tear to see go, i ended up getting a CR500 supermoto which i still have. My favorite toy is our harley. My grandfather bought it for a dollar and a half in the 30s. The CBR600 is my brother's http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o160/fiidgett/100_0866.jpg http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o160/fiidgett/100_0861.jpg http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o160/fiidgett/100_0862.jpg http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o160/fiidgett/100_0855.jpg http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o160/fiidgett/100_0856.jpg http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o160/fiidgett/100_2914.jpg http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o160/fiidgett/100_2915.jpg http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o160/fiidgett/100_2916.jpg http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o160/fiidgett/cr5cropped-1.jpg http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o160/fiidgett/100_1841_small.jpg http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o160/fiidgett/100_3515.jpg this is the place in NY, my grandparents went to church camp there and when the camp closed down fellow ex campers (now adults) bought the houses and split them up into individual places. this shot is from the front porch that is the St. Lawrence River, and the other side of the river is canada. http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o160/fiidgett/8c9d.jpg http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o160/fiidgett/100_0709.jpg http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o160/fiidgett/100_0883.jpg Im sure whenever i photobucket somebody always puts up pictures of my girlfriend so i might as well just get it out of the way... http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o160/fiidgett/100_2823.jpg

CTATV
ebay... I bought most everything on ebay and fixed it up myself. Save a lot of money that way. I totally re-did that yellow/blue ATV over 3 years. it ran flawlessly(not easy to do with a 1989 500CC single cylinder 2 stroke with a kick start) and was beautiful
