Or is it more like a beer batter for fish or onion rings? I have a few reservations being that the batter is about 3 months old ... how has it been stored? Preservatives? Are you negotiable on the price? $50 seems pretty steep for some batter ... unless we're discussing a great deal of volume. In which case, are you willing to sell by the pint or quart? Thanks
