The only positon in sports where 2nd string basically gets no action unless there's a blowout or an injury. The only difference is even if the President sucks he will never lose his starting job. Bush is healthy, probably the most healthy president of my generation. The terrorism threat is high, so Dick spends most of his time far away form Washington DC. Man...
