Here are the part numbers for 2-4. #2) Non-nav centre vent assembly (don't know if this is the correct name): SP10535 #3) Left and right vents - each vent has two parts put together: Left side: (vent face and tube) LHC SP10432, SP10564 Right side: RHC SP10533, SP10566 #4) Cubby - it has a top, bottom and cover door. I can find the part numbers for the top and bottom, but not the cubby door. Top: SP10787 66120A603A Bottom: SP10788 66120A603A LaterZ! Darren!! I'm not sure exactly what part you're looking for, but it sounds like #4 on that page. Perhaps any one has the part # of the cubby door ? I don't see a part number for the cubby door by itself, but the entire cubby assembly is #14 on this page: http://opposedforces.com/parts/legacy/us_b13/type_7/body_equipment_interior/instrument_panel/illustration_2/. There are a few different part numbers listed there so you may need to contact a dealer with your VIN # to make sure you get the correct part.
