sostafari
Anyone have experience installing one of these? As far as I can tell I got the right model number, but it seems to big for the box and I can't get it to fit snug. Anyone have any insight? Thanks in advance. sostafari
The part number is 33-2304. It's a little bigger than the stock filter. I thought since it's rubber it was meant to be a little bigger and you could just ply it in there but no go.

SPECB08
it is rectangular, not a square- turn it. I initially did the same thing
05gtlimited300
it took like at least a half hour to figure mine in. just keep turning it and playing with it, it will eventually go in

blunt
I put one in not too long ago for an '07 spec.b. The filter didn't look any bigger the stock one, but when I first tried i was putting it in backwards, and housing for the MAF senser was blocking it. The annoying part was that it really looked like it was going to fit like that, but I couldn't seal the box.

sostafari
Sorry for the delay, took me a while to get around to it but took advice from post, removed entire box, and it dropped right in. Thanks to all.
spect2k
I'm surprised you needed to take out the whole box. Sure it works, but I figured you would be able to fit it in much more easily without the extra work. Oh well!
Ronin Spec. B
Have you noticed any performance gains at all? I'm considering one too over a Typhoon since alot of people say they're too noisy.
dr. pepper
Panel filters will not provide a noticeable power gain. They just go whoosh, but that noise certainly is fun, especially in the cold weather.
