Evo?

So I go walk the dog and find this parked at the corner.

It looked weird to me, no Brembos, the wheels did not look right. I look closer at it, and it is right hand drive!

What's up with that? Anyone?

Is it even legal in NY?

One more post from the dude:

to get the car here was 17,750 (boat from nagasaki japan to california)...to get the car regestered was $18,500 (united states legalized) paper work and shipment of titles and other fees added up 1,500

all and all.....im saving the next owner this hassel...as you can see, its alot of work, and alot of time and patience. waited 10 months to drive it.

its 1 of the fastest AWD turbo cars you might ever drive in your life, the feeling of a right hand driven car makes you feel like your in another country and when you see so many people looking at you all the time, the money doesnt even make a difference.

Yes insane, but it is funny that you stand there in front of it and you feel there is something special about it. The car is not in the best of shapes, but just to look at it and notice that there is something different makes it special.

When I finally noticed it was RHD I was

I even had a dream about it last night!:lol:

So who is importing a JDM Spec B wagon???

Having spent that much (???) crazy money on it the owner of that car ought not park it there so close to the corner where it can get clipped......imho......peace

True. At least it isn't a corner in d.c. Here the car behind it would have hit it at least 3 times trying to park and still be parked against it when you get back. Oh and it would have a ticket for being parked on the white line cause the car behind you hit you that far into the intersection.
