Vaders_3.0R Posted March 23, 2014 Share Posted March 23, 2014 Installed mine yesterday not too much effort just need to use grease supplied and a vice. Slight vibration on start up and during idle. Exhaust seems deeper maybe soaks up vibration more? Transmission feels much more solid and acceleration is much smoother and shifts are tighter for sure. Best $50 spent on a quick improvement. FunkyMonkey Posted February 20, 2015 Share Posted February 20, 2015 So after I have installed the "race" insert, my car is making some insane noises. Big clunking noises when driving straight. I cannot yet confirm that it is directly related to the insert, and I am having my car looked at soon, but like I said before I have Group N motor mounts and now this rigid trans insert.. so that could be a part of it.
