Well, I changed back to my stock suspension until Ksport has struts back in stock......

Note: I may have a set of Ksports up for sale soon.....not convinced that I need em)

and the clutch is in!

pic of the motor while jake had it out of the car....

I'll have pics of the old clutch soon...the flywheel was completely glazed over....seems that by trying to be easy on my clutch I was actually ruining it. The clutch itself was almost completely smooth....

I was easing in, easing off...making shifts smooth for driver/passenger comfort....basically slipping the clutch all the time....

if no access to a lift, pulling the engine is cleaner, and FASTER than pulling a tranny in a household garage floor. he had it done in less than 3 hours

new spec clutch is awesome...and NO effort on the pedal....i'd almost prefer a little more resistance. We did shifter bushings and sti short throw....OMG...I can't believe I didn't do that sooner....

guys, if you haven't at least done the shifter bushings...DO THEM NOW

Wow, did the engine have to come out for the clutch install?

What were you doing for the clutch that you thought was good, but actually was bad. Just want to make sure I'm not making the same mistake...
