For some reason I can't seem to judge the distance. So I thought about using one of those cheap backup cameras mounted BEHIND my front plate aimed downward to see the ground in front of the car. Actually, I'm making a front plate mount to 1. slightly angle my plate to reduce the X-section for more airflow into the FMIC, 2. to stealth mount my IC sprayer nozzles and 3. to mount the camera.
