All the Exhaust Pipes are in Blue from the Turbo back to the mufflers ;)

Great, so I am guessing that it is going to cost a whole lot more than the TBE price.

No! You guys are making this out to be much more complicated then it really is. Just get a down pipe - any full length DP or combo of shorty+mid, add your CBE and you're all set. It's very simple.

TBE's are usually the best value since you are packaging the extra 2 pipes in with the CBE.

You also know they all fit together so it is a better idea to go TBE to begin with IMO.

They are discontinued. I got the last one earlier this year. Don't know why the stopped making them. Mine is a perfect fit and I have had zero problems with it.

I thought you had the SPT CBE? Do I have you confused with someone else? :spin::lol:

I have an Autospeed catted DP and a SPT catback. I'm pretty sure I got the last DP in March of this year. Autospeed still makes the CBE but not the DP so you can't buy an Autospeed TBE anymore even though some websites still list them.

Let's kick this pig!

  • 3 weeks later...

The fitment on the cobb is excellent, it's just that it tapers to 2.5" at the catback junction to mate to the stock catback.

'05-'06 have cats in the uppipe (pre-turbo) so it's good to get rid of them just for a safety/longevity standpoint. As far as replacing one on an '07+ it isn't necessary, and the performance upgrade would be mild at best.

It looks like I ordered the last one on May 11th. http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php?t=61495

check out the MR downpipes. that's what I'm looking at getting when they come out for the 5eat. full 3" pipe and thick flanges plus the price is what attracted me. all though they don't have any cats in them, so that could be a deal breaker for you
never, under any circumstances, take sleeping pills at the same time as a laxative.
