From what I've heard the pitch stop is the main culprit for increase in NVH, and at the same time does the least for decreasing engine movement - You should try swapping back to the stocker or a group N pitch mount and see how you like it - I'd put $2 down that it would offer 90% of the gains in feel with only 50% of the noise.

Josh at importimage - they're the same fitment as the 08 wrx's i think - I also got some transmission crossmember bushings.

I had the shop throw 'em in along with the tranny mount while the motor was already out - also in that category are the whiteline power steering bushings - seems to have really tightened/firmed up the front end without much increase in NVH

I didn't even get to drive it... it blew a ring on the dyno and started pouring out smoke.

It was an '05 limited, upgraded in november-ish... now upgrading again... put in a 20g... blew the motor... now going forged internals...mmmmm

I've been running 18x7.5 +50mm Enkei RPM2's with 225/40/18 Michelins held down by STi pinks on stock bilsteins... see if I can't get some pics up tomorrow.

I had the STi short shifter in my last car, and Kartboy in the new one... Kartboy is much shorter throws... but then, my .B is only a 5-speed, don't know about the 6-speed model shifters, they are separate models...

You gotta drive for a good bit - head up towards the mountains...takes about an hour and a half to get to some good roads. My folks live right up there though, near dahlonega. I haven't been home since Christmas break, I'm getting tired of the f$%*!&^ Athens/Clarke county police and their ridiculous speed traps.

Sometime soon - I'm itching to test out the new Spec B up in the twisties- somebody needs to set up another mountain run. (not it....) I'll bring burgers and dogs again if we do.
