If they are not, I plan on issuing refunds without much delay so we can put this experience behind us. Our supplier went from a 2 week lead time to an 8+ lead time, which only hurts us. He said the parts were shipped but because of the holidays things are getting through customes very slowly. As soon as the shipment arrives, we will break it down and ship these items out. We will not be in the office Thursday and Friday of this week and next week due to the holidays. We still have not received word back from the customs broker with an estimated time even though they do not like to give that information. It is just a holding pattern now.
