malvic Posted September 23, 2007 Share Posted September 23, 2007 to brake fluid draining and lose of breaks! Just finished putting on rear sway bar and went for a test spin in school parking lot. Break pedal went to the floor and brake fluid flowing from right rear wheel! The bolt was loose by 1 and a bit rotation. Tightened it and the break pedal is now more sensitive then before. Figure it must have been loose all this time and swerving around in the parking lot made it more loose! Car now sitting in dealer lot waiting for break line flush and refill with a can Super Blue my neighbor sold me! Good thing this was not on the highway or busy street! Check your banjo bolts! I just completed my 30K service and I think they replaced my break fluid (invoice is in the car). I don't know if they touched that bolt in the flush of the fluid. NutBucket Posted September 24, 2007 Share Posted September 24, 2007 The only time I've experienced loose banjo bolts was when my Whiteline RSB slid in its mounts and literally banged one loose.
