Its made me watch my engine more closely. No need to apologize I thought I was missing out on some conspiracy with Austin Subaru! I can take a joke Holding up very well. The smoking from the tailpipes was an amazingly simple fix but I'm waiting until I drop it by the dealer to have them take a look before I commit to that answer. But regarding Austin, Gillman, and North Park. Austin is pretty much the place to go. Especially for service. I've heard mixed reviews of Gillman but my most reliable source has given them good reviews so I may take it there often. And as for North Park... the service is really non-existant. Curb-rash, hot-rodding cars, and now disconnected hoses are just a few of the tricks up their sleeve.
