Valentine One - question concerning possible low voltage.

Recommended Posts

Over the past couple months it seems that my Valentine One detection range has gone way down. I actually sent it in to Valentine Research for a tune up. the problem seem to get slightly better for a few weeks but now that its back to where it was before i sent it in.

I got a call back from none other than Mike Valentine himself and he told me they didn't find anything wrong but to be on the safe side they replaced all the internals. He said it could be a low voltage issue that could be affecting performance. *this would explain a great many things*.

My LGT has seem to have a few strange electric oddities in the past and i was wondering what i could do to test/possibly remedy the situation.

I love my car ... basically.

my 2 cents = Valentine One is wayyyy better than the Escort. I have used both and the valentine is hard wired in my new ride, with remote display. Much longer range, arrows, bogey counter, I couldn't live witout it. :soap_box:
Here's proof: Just 1 minute after buying my OBXT, I had 7 phone calls from insanely hot women, and got 7 dates out of it. Coincidence? I think not.
