tommypenguin
I have searched for a while now and have not found what I'm looking for. I am going to be installing my perrin catless downpipe on tuesday and noticed it doesn't have an o2 bung right after where the flange connects to the turbo. What am I supposed to do with the sensor? Just tape it up and tuck it away? Or should I do something else, just wanted to make sure, i have accessport obviously no matter what when I'm not running an accessport map running I will show a CEL? Any help would be appreciated, THANKS!
Infamous1
The o2 sensor is not located right after the turbo flange, that is a bung intended for a wideband sensor. The oem location is towards the end of the downpipe before the mid pipe.
tommypenguin
haha, god I feel like a noob. I was looking at the cobb and crucial and noticed a bung, I totally forgot about the aftermarket dp's coming with an extra bung for a wide band, thank you!
