eqt2010 Posted July 12, 2007 Share Posted July 12, 2007 Hi, I'm just wondering what's the best bang of bucks when choosing UP/DP for 5EAT wagon(except gutted stock UP/DP)? I know invidia UP is pretty good and it's very cheap. How about the DP? I'm looking for shorty DP(Crucial, Flow, and Stormung) but I can't tell the difference between them. jazzymt Posted July 12, 2007 Share Posted July 12, 2007 Well, this doesn't really answer your question, but used is the best way to get bang-for-your-buck & I will have a used Crucial DP & HFC MP for 5EAT for sale in a week or so. I'm replacing them so I can get a complete 3" exhaust system, but Crucial DP & MP are very nice pieces & work great for stage 2. I would not recommend any solid UP (regardless of price), including Crucials - the potential for leak is just too high. Other than that - most of the name brands seen around the forum here will do just fine. I know Crucial shorty DP is pretty good but I don't know if it's worth another $100+ than Stromung. For the flex UP, which one is better? How about TurboXS?
