Please help with your suggestions for my new summer tires...

Looking for: good to great Summer Tires for a 2005 Legacy GT LTD sedan with lots of suspension mods! (pinks/bilst rev A, alum LCA w/poly w/caster LCA Bushings, STi Trailing arms, F & R Cusco Sways, Avo Endlinks, Cusco F & R lower Braces, and STi F Upper Strut brace)

Looking to spend $400 - 500 max

Interested in where to buy at good prices, too!

I've used recently:

GY Eagle GS D3's (liked them a lot)

Sutimoto HTRZ (came used with rims I bought... OK)

Thanks!

I need tires ASAP!

225/45/17 Kumho MX or Falken Azenis RT-615s.. most you will pay is around $600.

Best "Max Performance" tire on tirerack.com!!!

$400-500... I doubt it!

+1 The Tire Rack tire survey results have never steered me wrong for street tires.

Kumho Ecsta MX - $460 shipped ($111 each)

Had a set of those that came with a set of wheels I bought. Lots of tread left but they were way too loud for me.

Like my F1's that I'm running now, but they're more than $400-$500

ignore him, he'll go away.

I hope you guys aren't mad at me for buying the RE01R's!!! They were $500 plus shipping... right around the price I was looking to spend! The MX's would have been cheaper by $50... but... I dunno! I guess I wanted to try the Bridgestones!

RE-01R are extreme performance summer tires. Uber sticky, like Yokos Advans Neovas...

You'll have fun in twisties... Looking for review. I'd be curious to see how long they will last.
