Suby101
It was a good night, me on my LGT and my best friend on his G35, leaving from Crestview Lanes (bowling) on Manzanita heading to Starbucks in Antelope, not expecting anything but a good time. Don't know much about how the accident happened but this is what I saw, me, staying ahead of the crew about 100 feet behind me was my friend on his new G35 he just got 1 week ago. Another friend of my on his Chevy Truck, me driving 45MPH speed limit. All of a sudden I see the chevy truck swirving left and right, my friend Paul on his G35 was behind him at the time. G35 tries to avoid the accident by turning left fast, all of a sudden his rear wheel drive monster with traction off at the moment starts spinning out, I slow down and look over my shoulder and see it happen, spins 3 times, knocks off a 1 way sign in the middle of a street(and those are thick) spins more and FORTUNATLY hits a curb WITHOUT flipping and landing on the grass infront of a house only 3 centimeters from a oak tree. I suddently made an illegal u-turn and rushed towards him. Parked my LGT and went to check if everyone was alright, fortunatly the accident was not so bad, airbags were not deployed so it means it did not reach the sensors, the problem is his car was bought salvaged and he had no insurance at the moment so the cops came and seen me getting in my car, I wanted to park in a safer place but this faget cop runs up to me yelling "turn your vehicle off you are under a rest for leaving an accident scene" I told him i was re-parking my car to a different place and he called me a "F***ING lier" I was shocked, he puts me in handcuffs and in the back of his patrol car, then my friend (runs up to him saying he does know me and that he was not leaving the accident scene, they talk for 10 minutes and I get released, the asshole cops makes me go home right away! not giving me a chance to say good bye and wish good luck or anything, I said to him "atleast let me say bye" he goes "get your ass out of here we do not need assholes like you here" I was like allright and had to leave. Fortunatly my dad was able to tow his car for free since we own a trailer and that was good because the CHP said it would cost $500 to tow it and store it overnight at their place. But even better my dad did not need to tow it, they told the cops that their tow truck is coming so the cops got all they needed and left, right after they left i came back and helped him fix the axle, we raplaced it in under 30min and he drove home (he lives 5 min from where the accident happened) Yes this is a long story but I was shocked to see that and im very glad nothing happened to me and that no one was hurt. This was all about at 10:30pm last night on wednesday. I dont have pics of the car after it was damaged but i do have pictures of our photoshoot we did about 3 days before the accident. http://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x119/boostjunkie_2007/DSC00440.jpghttp://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x119/boostjunkie_2007/DSC00435.jpghttp://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x119/boostjunkie_2007/DSC00433.jpghttp://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x119/boostjunkie_2007/DSC00431.jpghttp://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x119/boostjunkie_2007/DSC00423.jpghttp://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x119/boostjunkie_2007/DSC00421.jpghttp://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x119/boostjunkie_2007/DSC00420.jpghttp://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x119/boostjunkie_2007/DSC00419.jpg http://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x119/boostjunkie_2007/DSC00418.jpghttp://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x119/boostjunkie_2007/DSC00417.jpghttp://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x119/boostjunkie_2007/DSC00413.jpghttp://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x119/boostjunkie_2007/DSC00412.jpghttp://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x119/boostjunkie_2007/DSC00410.jpghttp://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x119/boostjunkie_2007/DSC00408.jpghttp://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x119/boostjunkie_2007/DSC00406.jpghttp://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x119/boostjunkie_2007/DSC00417copy.jpg

mlrtime
yea and watch them cuff you for talking back. If the cop is an asshole already, talking back will just give him an excuse to make up a BS charge. nothing worse then a cop with an attitude. Scotty
I have a friend that pwned a cop once. Cop was saying he had something illegal, which he didn't. So he told the cop to call his chief, then said wait, I'll call him myself, I have him on speed dial. That ended the confrontation really fast. Suby101
  at shutting the stability control off He blames himself for that, and for driving on completely bald tires. This would have never happened to a Subaru! I <3 My Suby!

He called for backup because everyone was messing with him, after the CHP came it was all cool, CHP were nice to us. The asshole little cop that was mean would not even let anyone use their phone, my friend tried to call his pops but the cop kept on tellin' him to hang up. I came up and asked him "What if he died? Would you let me call his parents and let them know what happened? He says "I said sit the f*** down!" Also when I was going into my car to get some towels for my friend, the cop told me I was running away from an accident scene AGAIN!
Gire
Yeah.... it's always a smart idea to lip off a cop, resist his commands, and drive him toward the edge. What happens after that? You get a baton to the face, tasered, or mased. Or all three. Yeah. That'll show that cop! He'll feel bad when you are picking up your teeth off the concrete. Of course he'll have it all taped on the in-car video, showing you being the instigator and resisting what he is telling you to do...
RippinRoo
So what happened exactly? Your buddy in the Chevy truck started screwing around swerving back & forth, and your other buddy in the G35 was caught off guard and crashed? Or did your buddy in the truck swerve for a reason? I don't get what started this whole thing... "I love the feel of wind in my face and boobies against my back." - BMW motorcycle rider
Dong Homez
80% of the cops out there are decent people. That remaining 20% make me think of a song by the rap group NWA that was later redone by Rage Against the Machine.
ForesterXT
So where's your friend who was screwing around in his truck? Oh, he must have been the one that left the accident scene. Some friend. FJ60
Your friend shouldn't have been on the road without insurance. It was irresponsible. Drivers have a legal (and moral) responsibility to be financially covered in the event they cause bodily injury or property damage to another individual. He should have been arrested for lack of insurance and fined accordingly. I told him not to drive it at all, BALD almost 0 TREAD TIRES? On a RWD with Traction OFF? I thought it was kind of stupid but you can't rewind time and he took the risk.

Too bad your friend in the truck wasn't the one to crash... It was both of their fault, I was smart enough to drive safe. The one on the truck keeps telling me he accidently swirved to the left but I know thats bull shit because there was no way in the world that could have happened there unless his tires popped. Also him and the G35 was messing around so thats another reason why I know it wasnt an accident. Also if the G35 would have just been driving safe no of that would have happened in the first place. This is why we have laws to obey! But hey I hope they both learned their lesson!
