moviemadness Posted October 8, 2007 Author Share Posted October 8, 2007 I got the car just now. there seems to be a scratch, but it might just be dirt. the car is so friggin dirty I can't tell. i'm gonna have to get a car wash first. the clutch seems soft too. it took me 20 minutes to get back to the hotel from a block away cuz every friggin street in LA is ONEWAY! moviemadness Posted October 9, 2007 Author Share Posted October 9, 2007 ok so after two car washes the car looks to be ok. maybe it's that I haven't driven the car for about a week and half..but. the clutch seems to be really... strange. there's barely any added mileage to the car, but the clutch seems to engage a bit softer. could this mean they've worn down the clutch real bad? it's that kind of soft feeling you get from the clutch after a dirty clutch dumping launch. now I know I didn't burn the hell out of it cuz it didn't feel like this before I dropped off the car. how will I be able to prove anything here? and there is a mark on the rear quarter panel that looks like it will be able to buff out, but hell I'm not paying for that crap.
