Alternatives to Exel Radius?

Strabismo

Recommended Posts

I really like the look of those black Exel Radius wheels with the polished lip but these wheels are cheaply made and waaaay too heavy.

I know the Rota Formulas and the BBS RGR are the same but stronger and lighter but they don't come with polished lips.

Any other alternatives? How about the R-1 Racing GTR-9, are they heavy and cheap too? (ok they're only gunmetals but it's close enough to black)

Hmmm... after a better search, I found out that the sportmaxs are around 25-26 lbs each!! But that was to expect due to the cheap price tag.

Any other alternatives that aren't cheap wheels?

The GTR-9s are lighter but I'd prefer some flat black over gunmetal.

I found these from R1 Racing, they're Milano wheels. Very similar to GTR-9's but they come in black and looks sharper IMO:

Anyone have any info about these? I couldn't find any. And the R1 Racing website is still under development and it says that all their wheels have 40mm offsets. That just can't be true, must be a bug :S
