diamondgraymetallic21
I've been lucky and collected a few chips on my car, besides having the entire piece resprayed, how can I fix these? They are small, but I'm all into detailing and as soon as I clean it and see it, it drives me crazy. I've never used touch up paint, I'm assuming that's an option...any specific steps to putting it on with a very clean looking finish? Or if there are other options and there steps, that'd work too, thanks for the input!

diamondgraymetallic21
I'm not sure if anyone read what I asked, I don't need to know how to prevent chips or repaint my car, I'm well aware of that, I was asking if I do have a chip, does anyone have a good way of repairing it, ie using touch up paint, etc.
vincedog3
Subaru's have thin paint and protection is key. Clear bras, hood protectors etc. is the way to go. My front bumper, hood from my trips to Vegas constantly get peppered. I may just get a complete repaint with at least 4 coats of color, and 3 coats of clear to toughen the finish up over the factory. If you intend to keep your Leggy forever, could be the best mod/upgrade you can do. If you plan to trade it in, you could get bit since they inquire if you ever had the car repainted....etc. For your car audio/video needs:D Audio Crafters IS it. In Pasadena Ca. vincedog3
Use the touch pen side not the brush side if possible since you have more control on the dispense of the material.
