jonklein611
So I took my 96 Leg Wagon (L) to get inspected / emissions checked, figured no problem. I get a call later that day, car flunked because the front right and rear left pads were shot, I mean almost to the wear / replace squealers. So I let my shop poke around and see what they could find. None of the calibers hang or get stuck, no brake lines are kinked. So what we ended up doing is replacing the master cylinder (figuring the proptionator valve got screwed up). Anyone have any thoughts or ideas on this one? thanks in advance. jonklein611
Meh, fixed it. The garage didn't catch the one caliber was frozen..... easy fix in the end.
Bdubs
Obviously you fixed it, but I've had problems with all my calipers before. If you're looking for a replacement for the LF, LR, or RF (I have the RR) there is a guy I know that has them for a very reasonable price. Rotors too I believe. jonklein611
Well the car went through its first winter outside, so I'm thinking some stuff got junked up. But I will keep that in mind if the problem comes up again. Thanks! ~ Jon
