lgt_nube Posted March 1, 2007 Posted March 1, 2007 MSNBC: Honda ... was the only manufacturer other than Subaru to have its entire vehicle line-up endorsed by Consumer Reports. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/17385761/page/2 A few photos of the LGT My current ride
SLegacy99 Posted March 1, 2007 Posted March 1, 2007 How did they only get 44 mpg in a Prius? As I have stated before, my bro's girlfriend gets over 60 mpg in hers.

SLegacy99 Posted March 1, 2007 Posted March 1, 2007 They drove it like a man's car (?) Then they should have done a GS450h.
one69chev Posted March 1, 2007 Posted March 1, 2007 consumer reports usually puts me to sleep, but i think in this case, they got it right.....
Penguin Posted March 1, 2007 Posted March 1, 2007 How did they only get 44 mpg in a Prius? As I have stated before, my bro's girlfriend gets over 60 mpg in hers. By driving like normal human beings, I have driven plenty of the insufferable little bastards and never observed anything better than 45 mpg.
Fat Charlie Posted March 1, 2007 Posted March 1, 2007 I've got a friend who's claimed 52 in his. Of course, he can't bring anything with him, tow anything or go fast, much less actually drive.

My mom's RX400h gets the EPA estimates, but suffers when you go above 60 mph. But thats the way all cars are.
SLegacy99 Posted March 1, 2007 Posted March 1, 2007 EPA figures are Fugazy...(BS) I know I know. You gotta get your own results. Hence my Actually hwy mileage being 30 - 32 versus the EPA's estimated 27.
SLegacy99 Posted March 1, 2007 Posted March 1, 2007 Thanks for the avatar pic BTW yeah, I like it. http://smiliesftw.com/browse.php?page=4&num=50
SQC049 Posted March 1, 2007 Posted March 1, 2007 We're in good company. Super JDM part out: http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php?t=65039 PM me an offer!
STG Posted March 4, 2007 Posted March 4, 2007 Had I known that Consumer Reports would now endorse Subarus, I would have steered clear of my 2005.
Fat Charlie Posted March 4, 2007 Posted March 4, 2007 Nobody told CR how fun they are. Keep it quiet.
