Prime Power
New premium prosport gauges. First is the boost and second is a transmission temp gauge. The white has a violet hue to it. Looks great in the daytime, but at night doesn't match the dash. So I use the red at night, wired it to come on with my fogs. Very happy, if you are going to do this, make sure you have a dremel though as the cubby door needs a whole lot of cutting and grinding to get it to close. All in all, very pleased though. Thanks CasopoliS and Prosport One note on the tranny temp gauge, it is about 30 degrees here outside. On the highway, temps are below 120. In town, up to 140. Yesterday doing my rolling dyno runs and 60 times, the temp went up to 180. Now I have the largest tranny cooler that fits, and it is still up there. I highly recommend a cooler to anyone driving spirited or modded. It quickly cools down though in about 3 minutes.
Hagarr
Those look great. I am thinking about doing the same thing. I have a tranny cooler on the way. Need to find some gauges I like. Do you have the gauge pod in there backwards? B
Prime Power
I don't believe it can go in backwards. It is angled towards the driver. Now you got me thinking, but I don't believe it would fit the other way. Thanks for the compliments.
CasopoliS
That is the correct orientation, keep it there. Looks good! So the gauge on the left is a premium gauge (new style), and the one on the right is standard? It looks like the gauge on the left has a 'taller' bezel (sticks out more).... hence why you had to cut the lip on the door. I hope the production cubbypod will allow for more room, thus eliminating the need to cut the back of the door (for gauges of this style).
Hagarr
Oh ok. I thought that the gauges were supposed to be flush with the pod face. Brian
kober1
Yeah I got a boost gauge about 2 weeks ago and these gauges are sick for the money
Prime Power
Thanks, they are both the premium gauges. Eyes must be playing tricks on you.
