edkwon
speaking of ricey, gotta love those fake rear exhaust tips on the stock MS6 http://www.therpmstore.com/images/16609_pic1.jpg
TSiWRX
Wonder how the Magnaflows sound on the MS6. Looks really nice! <-- I love Winky, my "periwinkle" (ABP) LGT! - Allen / Usual Suspect "DumboRAT" / One of the Three Stooges '16 Outback, '16 WRX, 7th Subaru Family
BoozeRS05
I hate the bumper cutouts.. Volvo S60 R's have them on certain years (might be a OEM body kit..), and I think it looks bad/ricey. Those exhaust tips are pathetic. EB's Subaru journal - 2005 LegacyGT Wagon & 2014 Forester FB25 (2008 specB - RIP) IG@legacygtliving
SSpeed
One larger exhaust flows more than two smaller. No question, while maintaining backpressure. The flow is turbulent on the walls of the exhaust, therefore the larger center area promotes more flow. The is more sidewall on duals thus creating more turbulence. Just a fact, I remember some physics. From a factory setup though, in a sedan aimed more towards the older crowd, two smaller exhausts will flow more than one small exhaust... Prime Power
Of course. For instance, when I bought my exhaust for my avalanche, I went with one 3" pipe over dual 2.25" pipes. More torque to be had. Better flow. Even when I contacted Gibson they said more power out of the larger single.
kevinh
^now that would be ricey....... Standing behind the car, you'd never know. You'd think dual...not unless, you crawl underneath. KevinH
