Two ways to look at mods... take value of mods and add to blue book or, mods depreciate value of car because you don't know if they were done right with quality parts. YA thats not even a subaru dealer..its like a dodge dealer, they got it in trade from a "40 something" year old guy. Any1 recognize the car?
