It was in mid-December with exams looming and everyone was bitching about work, the weather, etc. etc. Then we got to Troy. Troy, NY is not a pretty place on a December afternoon. We stopped complaining. It went from bad to worse when we got on the ice and one of the RPI players skated by the Referee and said, "Hi, Wally." Not usually a good sign when the home team is on a first-name basis with the Ref..... But, good engineers, I hire all I can. Campus is pretty gorgeous, but the city would make a better landfill than what it is now.
