snow_072
LGT almost have it's first 3,000 miles on it. What kind of synthetic is working well with the LGT?
vet
Lots of oil nuts/experts love Castrol 0W-30, made in Germany. My LGT seems to idle/run smoother with it.
Ed_T
Any quality synth is fine. Stay to factory recommended weights for warranty purposes. Subie engines are reknowned for being pretty easy on oil, and the turbo is no exception. If you're doing it yourself, don't forget to pre-fill the filter to maybe about 2/3's. It might take two or three pours. Cuts back the starvation time to about -0-. The Mobil M-110 is a nice filter and is slightly larger than the OEM. A Fumoto valve is a boon.
