  1. my take: 2) I never had the vehicle dyno'd when I had it, but seat of the pants 93 Stage 1 vastly outshone 91 Stage 1. And although I even had a TDC 93 Stg1 map, I still thought the car was a bit weak. Stage 2 is the cure I guess. Also could have been the EAT holding it back a bit. 4) Not that I could tell that it did (I think a twin turbo setup would do it), but it (the map) seemed to vastly smooth the transition into boost. But it was still there, and after some experience turns into a likeable characteristic. An advantage in slow traffic, actually. When I unmarried the Cobb, the car still felt like it had decent transition, vs. when I first had it. Maybe I got used to it. Try it out you'll know quick enough. It's really a great car!
  2. I don't remeber my butt-dyno telling me I gained 40 hp with stage one. I'm not sure Stg 1 is supposed to give that. Prolly more like 20+ if UR lucky.
  3. If it was debadged mebbe it was the one I saw exiting Rt 3 at 44 a month ago..
  4. We'll be see'in less and less once they put the pig snout on this car...
  5. Could you post some specifics once you run up some mileage, I am interested. Thx!
  6. Thanks for your posting. The graph looks real good. I can see where the car might feel transformed. Would there be a performance penalty if the real time map used is Stg 1 while leaving the base map stock? I'm just trying to simplyfy things if it's gotta see the dealer, but I don't want a performance penalty if I can easily avoid it.
  7. Found it at Atlantic Sube over the BBridge, was a "sales mgr's" car, had about 5,000 miles on it. Probably more like a "demo". Had some marks on it as well, but for the cash diff with the trade, I thought it was worth it as it stood, warts and all. And I figured by the time I got done with it - it will be worse than when I got it (for sure). But it seems to run very well. Gotta lot of energy. Like to send it to "Overhaulin" -- let those dudes straighten out the paint. I hear the Nissans and Infiniti's are wicked prone to chipping. Prolly a lot of others too. Makes me sick.
  8. I work at exit 12 and live off exit 3. 54 mi round every day. The paint it is a'chippin !
  9. I'm curious about the performance levels to be gained... using 93 exclusively but I'm guessing that I'm not getting full punch. The car feels strong already but I suspect there's more to be had. If anyone out there is set up this way I'd really like your opinions and comments! Considering using AP stock as base and S1 93 real-time.
  10. Debadged silver sedan getting off Rt. 3 northbound to Rt. 44 several weeks back.
