mpetty
Anyone done this? I have a used STi uppipe I am going to put on in a month or two, and I thought about polishing the inside in the meantime to maximize flow. Two questions, though: 1. Is there any point to doing this? 2. How? What would I use? Jus' wondering. Thanks, Morgan
edmundu
It is a steel pipe, with welded flanges, and a flex coupling. What are you going to port/polish? If you are going to P&P anything, it should be the cast iron exhaust manifold's. To do that, you'll need an air grinder, as a dremel is just to weak. You pretty much want to gasket match the openings, and where possible to reach in as far as you can to smooth out the interior walls.
BoxerGT2.5
1. No 2. It'd have to be a really long flexible rotary attachement. OBAMA......One Big Ass Mistake America!
