dannyboy7
So, I have had the Mchulloch 6500k HID kit on for about 3-4 months now, and love the kit, except for one thing. Every now and then, the drivers side will just go out, and when you turn the lights off and then back on again, it comes on and stays on. I have tried wiggling wires around on the ballasts and the light itself, but nothin goes out. Has anyone else had this problem?
Yebbey
I have the banzaii express kit and get the same problem with the driver's side....I sometimes have to turn it off and on again more than once, but it never goes out once it's back on. VXCL
i would just swap the ballasts, ignitors (if sep), and bulbs. obviously only one at a time and see what happens. however i doubt it will solve your problem. i would power the ballasts directly off the batt and ground to the chassis then use a relay triggered by the oem low beam + to power then up. you can find a wire diagram on how to do this in the link in my sig, but you must go to the first page. this will also allow you to retain DRL functionalitly with your xenons. now i have to say it... The B4
check your relay coupler. one of your switches may have been pulled loose. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
