specinvstr
Forced to pick one up today from pep boys...any input on energizer batteries? Also, any tips on getting this sucker to fit nicely. I didn't have time to install the bracket yet...where do I hook the bottom ends? Couldn't see in the dark. Going to fix it up this weekend. Thanks. STG
..... Also, any tips on getting this sucker to fit nicely. Thanks. That's my favorite part of the post! Personally, I'd use a blow torch, welder, and sledge hammer. Hey, I know! Why don't you buy the correctly-sized battery? What a concept!

Why don't you buy the correctly-sized battery? What a concept! Wise a$$e$. The battery is the right size. I threw it in there at night and could not get the braket to hook in the dark. I'll fix it today...in the light. At least I am not getting any "energizer batteries suck and mine died in a few months" posts. That was my real concern.
