BALLSY! surprised to see the cop car following him within 3-4 ft. if the dude blew a tire of lost control for any reason he would be roadkill. I mean I understand the cop would be pissed off about the guy getting a push off his car, but I gotta believe the police dept would be held liable for a civil judgment if they ran the dude over. wonder how it ended up?
