lol.. actually water wetter isnt slippery... but I prolly had some leftover coolant in there caus I could smell it.

 

I think I found the source of my issues. My splitter had a cutout underneath for part of the stock underpanel... well, my underpanel was torn off lng ago. I think the airflow was not hitting the radiator, coolant got too hot, air bubble/boiling ensued and it went downhill from there.

 

Im cutting a piece of Dibond right now though ;)
