Granted, the dealership isnt much to look at, and neither is the service department, but the people there are nothing but nice to me. Looking at cost estimates for the 15,000 mile service I got a cost estimate from another dealership- $350!!! Stunned, I called Loman- done and out the door for $115. Can not beat that. Now you also have to get some service done at 27,000 miles (apparantly) but the cost quotes are... Loman: $500 "Other" dealership: $1200!!!!!!! I almost dropped the phone!
