NeedMoreBoost
I've read the huge cooling fan post already. http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10568&highlight=cooling+fan I started this thread to get a better idea of how many people actually had their cooling fan issues resolved, how, and where. I noticed a lot of people had ECUs replaced along with relays. Please post the following information: 1) Parts that where replaced (part #s would be great) 2) Dealership that made the repairs (State and Name) 3) Amount of trips to the dealership 4) Any issues getting repairs made 5) Scans/images of receipt if possible I'm fed up with this fan noise. bugblatterbeast
1) ECU. rev C or B, got to double check 2) Gemini Motors. Kitchener 3) 2 trips. One to show them the problem and a second to get it fixed when parts arrived. 4) Had some trouble coding the security system but it was fixed by end of day. They picked me up and dropped me off so it wasn't an issue. I'm surpirsed SOC is still giving people the run-around. I had mine fixed months ago and I'm not the first in Canada to have the problem. I wonder when they will issue a TSB....
