AMBIVALENCE
So... as u can see. my car is with loads of tiny problems, misaligned door gap, and now it's the bumper. I never have the initative to post until recently i feel that it is a problem. Any suggestion? I tried to push it back in, but it's not working. I feel sad and disappointed. =( So same 3 questions: 1. Anyone have the same problem? 2. if u were me, will u go back to dealer again and ask them to get it fixed? 3. What would u say to get them to do the work?
brett s
It really looks like your car has been wrecked & repaired, rather poorly.

TSiWRX
That looks like what happens when the bumper isn't latched properly to either the side clip (by the fender midline) or the ledge just below the headlamp assembly. Take a look at the "Walk-Through" for headlight clearing: http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3737&highlight=clearing It shows you how to remove your bumper skin. Remove it and re-align it, making sure you're clipped on both sides as well as under the headlamps, and you should be good-to-go. But honestly, I'd take her to the dealer! <-- I love Winky, my "periwinkle" (ABP) LGT! - Allen / Usual Suspect "DumboRAT" / One of the Three Stooges '16 Outback, '16 WRX, 7th Subaru Family

AMBIVALENCE
ah. my dad pushed it back it with harsh violence.I never know it works... maybe i am being too soft to my legacy...However, there's still gap between the bumper and the headlight. around 0.5cm.Is it normal? pillboy
ah. my dad pushed it back it with harsh violence. Dad's a mechanic huh? It is still ugly.
AMBIVALENCE
Dad's a mechanic huh? Yup! A very skillful one! Violence solves most of the stuff, if not, then just add more violence. (until eventually the thing breaks so we can go get a new one) Nah, my dad is cool, he is really a mechanic (not car mech tho), so i guess he hit the bumper with confidence. UTwrestler22
I am having the same issue. The side latches use screws to hold it on. Should I take the headlights and bumper off and put the bumper on first? I'm lowered and hit a nasty ice chunk. Are there clips I probably broke under the headlights?
