My 05 has done it exactly twice in 3 years (once at 6 months old, the second time this week at ~42k) - strange, but turning off the car & restarting got it all working again both times. -

Happened today for the first time to me - 05 OBXT with 13k, I've had it about 6 months. Turned the car off & restarted, everything came back on...
